Zero tolerance for objectionable content
IceChomp has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. Do not post content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, illegal, or that targets anyone based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability. This applies to photos, reviews, location names, tags, and display names.
Post real ice, honestly
Tag real places, photograph the actual ice, and review what you actually chomped. Spam, advertising, and deliberately wrong information waste everyone's time and get removed.
Reporting content
Every photo, review, and location in the app has a Report action. Reported content is hidden for you immediately, and reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Content that breaks these guidelines is removed, and users who post it lose the ability to post.
Blocking users
You can block any user from their photos, reviews, or tagged locations. Blocking hides everything they've posted from your app, everywhere, and you can unblock them anytime from your Profile.
Enforcement
Moderators review every report and act within 24 hours: removing content that violates these guidelines and ejecting repeat or egregious offenders from posting. Decisions can be appealed by email.
